Early morning accident on Rt. 10

Early this morning at 05:15 hours the company was alerted for an accident on Rt. 10 in the 200 Block. Crews arrived to find a 2 vehicle accident with everyone out and debris in the roadway and blocking the lanes of Rt. 10. Crews secured the hazards while EMS checked the drivers of the vehicles with one being transported to a local hospital to be checked out. Fire Police closed this section of Route 10 until the scene could be cleared about 1/2 hour later.
