Joint training with Keystone Valley FD

On Monday evening, Wagontown Fire traveled to Modena Borough for training and conducted exercises within acquired structures on Meredith Court. The crews concentrated on Engine Company roles and responsibilities during the session. This is in a series where the crews worked on 5 minute drills where as they practice evolutions that take place on the fire grounds.

Crews were assigned and completed a series of tasks associated with Engine Company duties as part of the training evolutions. Keystone Valley crews were also training and together crews worked on Engine and Truck assignments. These types of trainings especially when we all work together on fire scenes builds on each others skills and abilities. Working together forms a bond that when incidents happen crews will be familiar with each other and know what each other are capable of.
