On Tuesday evening at 18:21 Hours the company was dispatched for a brush fire in the 400 Block of Old Wilmington Rd. Brush, Tac and Tanker 35 made the response. Chief 35 arrived to find an area in a drainage ditch burning alongside a residence. Crews from Brush and Tac handled the fire while the Tanker stood by in case more water was needed. Crews cleared the scene about a half hour later.
