On Wednesday the members continued their Rapid Intervention Team training focusing on the new SKED patient moving device. Last week members attended the PA State RITC course which was held at the station, the training included a classroom session followed by some hands on skills and this week picked up on skills. Led by Captain Stein, crews reviewed the new piece of equipment which will be paired with our FAST board the we currently have. These devices and this training will provide the members several ways of removing a person from a building. Wagontown Fire Company trains regularly every Wednesday night to ensure our members are ready to respond with the needed Skills, Knowledge and abilities.
