On Wednesday evening training picked up where we left off last week due to the large outside fire. Crews tonight once again met and reviewed our wildland firefighting procedures and equipment. Crews went over blower operations, line cutting, hose line evolutions which included the progressive hose lays. Then a lesson or two on fire behavior and what to expect with the current conditions we are facing, which concluded with an emphasis on firefighter safety.
