On Wednesday evening the Company traveled to the Chester County Public Safety Training campus to continue our series on Engine Company Operations. Crews practiced hose line deployment, hose streams and advancing hose lines into buildings. The fire school is a perfect place to practice this as members can flow water and move the hand lines through a structure without the fear of causing damage. Topics also covered were the placement and usage of ground ladders.

This training will compliment the group of firefighters we currently have who are working on their Fire I training and certification classesboth in Chester County and Lancaster County.
