I would like to thank Chief Ziegler and the crew of Engine 35 for covering Caln Township Saturday June 29th from 15:00 hours to 23:00 hours while Captain John Groff got married. Your assistance was greatly appreciated while most of our members were attending the reception out of the area. It was a comfort to know our township was in capable hands!
Thank you again from the members and officers of the Thorndale Volunteer Fire Company!!!

Roses to the Coatesville Fire Department for them allowing your company the use of old engine 41. She still is a very strong truck and she will serve you well. Was wondering when engine 35 will return after her minor accident. Hopefully you might consider buying old engine 41 as a reserve piece.Hopefully she will not meet the same demise that ladder 42 met. Please keep a part of Coatesville history alive. Thank you for your dedicated service to West Caln and surrounding areas.May Saint Florian watch over your entire department and all your members.
