1963 International Engine

This 1963 International Harvester was bought from a local contractor (Harry Jacobs) as a cab and cassis only in 1965. At that time it was turned into a fire truck with a pump and body off of a wrecked truck from East Whiteland Fire Department. She was then sold in 1980 to Snake Creek Fire Department in upstate PA. It was recently discovered that she was sold to one of there local contractors and turned into a dump truck.

 

1962 American LaFrance Engine

This 1962 American LaFrance was bought new by the Company and served proudly until she was sold in 1989 to a broker down south. No information is known about her whereabouts at this time.

1965 Hahn Engine

This 1965 Hahn Engine was purchased from the McKinley Fire Department in 1975 and served faithfully until she was sold in 1989 to the Green Pond Fire Department in Green Pond Alabama. After over 2 years of “negotiations” the engine was sold to Steve McCoy (A current Wagontown Engineer) in June of 2010 and returned to the Wagontown area. Steve is slowly working on restoring her back to her original condition when she was in-service in Wagontown.

 

 

1989 Ford American Eagle Rescue Pumper, The rescue was retired in 2010 when it was replaced by the 2003 American La France Rescue Engine.  The Rescue was sold to the Florida Fire/Medical Training Institute where it will be used to train new firefighters and EMT's

 

 

 

                     1983 Ford / FMC 1250 GPM Engine, The Engine was retired in late 2009 after being replaced by the 1999 Pierce Engine purchased from the Yardley-Maekfield Fire Company in Bucks County.  The Old Engine 35 was sold through a delaer to Panama City where her career in the fire service continues.

 

     1974 4x4  Dodge Utility Body, Retired in early 2012 after serious mechanical issues.  Was replaced in mid year 2012 by the current Utility purchased from West Brandywine Township.

 

1967 Dodge Brush Truck, the truck was in service up until April 29th 2015 when it was replaced by Tac 35.  The unit served the company faithfully until it's retirement.  Brush 35-8 will be used for car shows and special events. In the September 2015 meeting the company has decided to sell this truck to one of our members to take care of and make available to our company for those special events we attend.  This was to ensure the history of this vehicle would be kept close to home.

 

Utility 35

 

 

                                                                                  1994 GMC 3500 4x4 Ex Military Aircraft Crash Rescue Unit

 Was equipped with a 10,000 lb Front Mounted Winch, which was obtained from West Brandywine Township when the previous Utility was taken out of service in 2012.  This unit was in faithful service for 5 plus years and will be seen again as it will still remain in the fire service.

 

 

                                                                       

 

                                                                           

 

 

 

 

 

 

                   2002 Ford Explorer Command Unit

 

                         Placed in service the end of 2015 after being donated by West Brandywine Township.  This unit served us well and was replaced by the 2018 Ford Explorer                            that was Just placed in service in October of 2018

 

Brush 35-2 (The Deuec)

Placed in service in 2003 in cooperation with the Bureau of Forestry and was the first one of it's kind in Chester County.

Brush 2 served for 15 years and had made many in county and out of county responses for a number of types of incidents where water shuttle to 

remote areas became critical.  The unit carried 1200 gallons of water and was equipped with a 300 GPM pump and would go anywhere.

The unit is being replaced with a 2018 Freightliner / Summit Tanker  through the FEMA Firefighters Grant program.

 

SQUAD 35

                                  Squad  35 was a 1994 GMC LT2500 Suburban 4x4, which was originally owned by the West Whiteland Fire Company and was purchased 

                                  in 2006 by the Wagontown Fire Company to use as a manpower and haul vehicle for our Boat Trailer.  The Squad had faithfully served us from 

                                  2006 until July 2021 when it was sold to a private individual that is going to use it for his personal use.

 

 

                                                                     

 

Command 35 "The Original"

 

                                   Purchased in 2013 from the Malvern Fire Company, this 2004 Ford Expidition was the companies very first command unit and was

                                  placed in service as Command 35.  Command 35 served the fire chief and then went on to serve the Deputy Chief until this unit was taken

                                  out of service in November of 2022. 

 

 

 

Rescue 35

 

Purchased in 2010 to replace an aging 1989 American Eagle rescue pumper, Rescue 35 was a 2003 American LaFrance Rescue Engine that was

Purchased from the Malvern Fire Company.  Rescue 35 served until replaced in September of 2023 by the new KME Rescue Engine. 

 

 

Engine 35 

 

Engine 35 was purchased from the Yardley Makefield Fire Company in 2009, this was purchased to replace a 1985 C model Ford Engine. Engine 35

Had a 2000 Gpm Pump, 80 Gallons of Foam and a 750 Gallon water tank.  Engine 35 served us well and was seen at many working fires during it's career. 

Engine 35 was replaced in 2023 when replaced with the New 2023 KME Engine.
