Wagontown supports numerous water events today

On Sunday the Water Rescue team members and the 2 boats supported two events, the first was the annual G.O.A.L.S. Adventure race which was held in Hibernia Park in which the Squad and Boat 1 attended.
Which despite the rain, many joined in the annual event which included the Savage Adventure Race and the 3 hour Adventure Sprint depending on their level of experience.
Crews also manned boat 2 which attended the annual Northbrook Canoe race assisting the West Bradford Fire Company, there two despite the weather members of the community came out and competed in this annual event.
All crews were completed their assignments and back in quarters around 16:00 hours.
